Poor quality of customer service they basically force you to use self check out

Dont order anything online cause no telling what will happen, and no one will help you, and no one cares. Dont try to shop when its a slow time cause the pickup shoppers will run over you, and no one will help you, and no one cares. Dont buy anything you may need to return cause they may not have an employee for it and service desk may not be open, and no one will help you, and no one cares. Did I say no one cares?
That sums it up. Oh one more thing, about every second or third time you may not find what you came for cause theyre out of stock, and no one will help you, and no one cares. lol
The people I encountered were Wanda out of the cash office who gave me extreme rudeness for my trouble of needing a refund, David who lied as though he didnt know what was going on (you knew who Wanda was, the frontline sup was there, and you had the video, you did not even attempt to address your pickup shoppers almost running over people on the recording you left), and Emily in pickup, cant say anything nice about her. Dont give them your money, shop elsewhere, we need a Target too!
