Do not trade in a car here. They will end up not sending in the payoff for months and will ruin your credit.

Purchased a Truck at the beginning month from Zach at this dealership. Was told they had the floor mats and the back headrest is for the truck they would mail them. Was also told that the title was going to get next day mailed to me and I should have it the following week. It took them two weeks and persistent telephone calls and text messages for them to finally overnight the title which was free and clear of all liens. We also got informed last week that they did not have the floor mats or the headrest that they were going to be buying some and shipping them to us. We still have not heard from them on the floor mats nor the back headrests after several messages have been sent. At this point I will also be contacting the BBB due to breach of agreement at time of sale.
