We've been getting our eyes checked here for 13 years. Loved Dr. Smith and Dr. Bogart but unfortunately they both retired. We went for the last time yesterday and saw the new doctor. Definitely NOT the same place as it used to be. Different staff and different environment. Doctor Sitko wasn't friendly and I felt like just another patient coming through the door. The receptionist didn't even know how to charge me and just handed me the prescription and walked away. I looked at the other staff member and said "I assume I'm done". She was just as confused as I was. My boys and I will not be returning.

I love this place! They are so helpful and I always get beautiful frames. Maureen is so helpful and has a great eye for fashion.

I was a new patient this year, I will definitely not be returning. From staff that talk over you and dont listen to what youre saying because they think they know what fits you best, rushing you while youre looking at options, receiving lenses with gouges on the edges of the lens (they said its just polish, not chipped away material) and then waiting 3 weeks or more for the right lenses, multiple phone calls, no call backs regarding an eta.. I had to return original lenses because they made a choice on the material for me- that wasnt what I needed, but I still got charged for what they ordered for me.. so now I have to dispute a bill, the (hopefully) corrected lenses I still havent received..
I chose the place because it was close, and the doc had good reviews, but the doctor I chose wasnt the doctor I received.
this has been an absolutely terrible experience. I just want the correct lenses, and a corrected bill, so I dont ever have to return. Photo of actual gouges of missing material.
