My windshield was caved in from snow load and too dangerous to drive so I scheduled a tow through AAA a day ahead of time to move it out of the rain to a parking structure to be repaired. Mountain Towing never showed up. I called them and no one answered the phone. I left a message and did not receive a call back. They are the only choice in the Lake Arrowhead area, and they SUCK! We really need another towing service here.

I called for a tow . The lady I talked too said she was uncomfortable and wouldn't tow my car . Horrible customer service

Drivers have retardation issues. Probably don't have Driver Licenses, at least they drive like they don't

The absolute worst place. Lying crooked people. The employees look and act methtastic.....never use them. If AAA trys to send them, refuse and request Don's!
