Perfectly situated next to the Rio Grande, this fine dinning experience is perhaps the best you will find in a 3 hour drive radius. Lots of things go into play with that. The fact that there is cabin rentals on site and an RV park with full hookups on the same place, and still being very close to the town of Creede, it truly is a very convenient set up.
The menu is small but varied, pricey but fair. Live music on the deck, good selection of drinks made the long wait for food worth the while. The waiter did come around often and kept our drinks full and were knowledgeable on their menu.

Wonderful location overlooking the river and canyon, can't be beat! Waited about 10 minutes on a Tuesday morning for an outdoor riverside table. Food was very tasty (albeit expensive.... but you are paying for the view)... $12 for two eggs, a small portion of home fries, and half a biscuit with gravy.... $3.50 for a cup of coffee that was kept full the whole time. Very tasty lemon poppyseed pancakes with real maple syrup. They closed and it was empty by 10:30AM so don't be late. We will definitely be back.

First time here. Food was great and the staff wonderful.
