I've been going to Kais for a few years. I made an appointment for a mani and pedi. There is a certain girl I like to have do my pedi. I always go to the same girl for my mani. She did my nails and as I always do I asked for sparkles on my nails. We get to the register and she tells me it's $35. Not only did she make my finger bleed but charged me and extra $5. Never told me they are now charging for sparkles. The girl that was suppose to do the pedi wasn't there. Never told me she wasn't there. Had another girl who was really rough. This was not a relaxing day. It was my last time going. I have already found another place.

Wasnt my greatest experience.. went in for a Dip powder, and the whole thing just felt rushed. They destroyed my nails by ripping off my previous dip powder that was still on my nails, rather doing it with the foils to avoid damage. Some of my real nails split open and were ripped, and they put the dip powder on my nails right away after that.. The lady was nice, but I wouldnt recommend it. Service: Dip powder

I came for the first time, while on lunch break, service was terrible, lady was speaking to me with her head down. Could not get service because it's cash only. Apparently they don't accept cc. Will never show up there again.
