Can't speak on behalf of his work, which I've heard is top notch..this is simply based on procuring an estimate...After weeks of calling for an estimate, I finally got Mark on the phone. All seemed well as he emailed me an estimate based on a few photos of the stairwell. Being a first time home-buyer, I had questions; simply asked for some insight and direction as we are also having the floors redone. His cocky attitude quickly proved he had NO time for questions. When i told him they were refinishing/adding wood floors prior to his work, he stated "i don't want any part of this. Im sure you'll get a real hack job on the floors which i don't want to work on top of." Mind you, I didn't mention anything further about the floors than "they're being redone". Why would someone assume it'll be a hack job? When I continuously pressed him to explain/help me out (remember, Im new to this) - he says "Im too busy for that" and ends the call. His former employer referred me to him - spoke very highly of him. Horrible choice if you want someone personable working on your hard earned home. Maybe I caught him on an off day, I dont know.

extremely happy with everything. such an easy process did not think it could be but this company KNOWS what they are doing .. excellent highly recommend there service
