We love everything about Carellis! Kim and Anthony are beyond gracious and their pizza/calzones are absolutely amazing! We are so lucky to have them in Craig! The best pizza in the yampa valley hands down!!

Hadnt made it at all in since the new owners bought it. Finally tried it today. The Stromboli was amazing! There was a lot of food, and it was really good. The quality of ingredients was excellent, not a lot of grease from the meats, the cheese was abundant and melty. Definitely recommend!!

Very kind and attentive staff. Great atmosphere in downtown Craig, very clean. Pizza was amazingly flavorful and perfectly cooked.

All I can say is WOW!!! The Pizza I've always been searching for!!! If you want authentic New York Pizza look no further, the owners are incredible warm folks who are a joy to visit with and know their stuff about pie!!! The dough is exquisite with the perfect chew and a flavor that stands alone, and the sauce is subtle but delicious and marries the whole pie together in a perfect harmony. World Class Pizza! Craig Colorado you got a Great One!!!
