I went in needing a watch battery replacement, and it was taken care of completely in less than five minutes. Customer service and price were excellent - couldnt have possibly been a better experience.

I know this sounds crazy and my wife thought I was. She needed a clasp on her boot repaired and the local shoe repair was closed on Monday. After I looked at it closer I thought it just needed a couple of small jewelry screws to reattach it. So traveling by DeLuca's on our way home I decided to stop. I did this on April 1st and assured the young lady at the front desk it wasn't an April Fools joke. The employees could not have been friendlier. Instead of telling me they could not help me they took the boot found a screw that fit and repaired it. I would not by any means tell people to take their shoes to DeLuca's for repair but when shopping for jewelry or jewelry repair I will certainly go to DeLuca's. These people are unbelievably kind and generous. A refreshing shopping experience that seems to be rare these day.
