Unfortunately, this is the official store where I have to get my scrubs for nursing school. It is directly linked to our online store. They never deliver product on time. I have ordered scrubs for school on 3 occasions and every time it has taken weeks for the product to come in. If you try to return something, they interrogate you about where you got other scrubs because they are the ONLY official place to get our school logo on on apparel. One time I had to order blank blue scrubs from Amazon while I waited for my official ones. That's an extra $40 I had to spend, so I wanted to return one set I got from Fully promoted. At first the woman working at the time said they only do exchanges. I argued that I was out of $40 due to their delay and I only need 2 pairs of scrubs because I only have clinical 2 days a week. A gentleman working there came up to me and said he would accept the return, but asked where I got my other set from. I don't know why my school has a contract with them. They do not keep scrubs in stock. It seems when you place an order, they have to place an order for the blanks, then embroider them when they come in. This would not be the case if we were allowed to order our scrubs from an actual scrub uniform store.
