Ive been with this company for over 5 years now and they lowballed me for my damages from hurricane delta and completely denied me for hurricane laura with damages caused directly relating to the storm. The first adjuster for hurricane laura didnt properly inspect the damages so therefore i was denied, and the second adjuster properly inspected but the issues that were found from the previous storm were dismissed as prior damages.
