Ive learn so much from this lender and Mr. Philip Byrd.
We thought nothing was possible when we decided to place an offer on our dream home with different lender and at the last minute it look imposible. But we met Mr. Philip from Trinity Morgage and he was the one who brought us light. He handled our Morgage and closing with immaculate attitude and professionalism. Always communicating with us and answering questions. In a short time Mr. Philip reviewed the information, addressed it, and we closed the deal.

My parents have used Philip more than once so without hesitation, my husband and I used him and it went MORE smooth and quick than ever anticipated.
