Exemplary workmanship. Great front office coordination. Found them at the Anaheim home show. My custom cabinets and quartzite countertops came in at MUCH less than a refacing company and a big box store. Highly recommend!

So, we decided that we needed to do a couple of upgrades. And so it began. I guess you could say we were the general contractor because we researched everything and everyone we wanted to do and use. Elegant Cabinets in Covina, top notch. Same with the electric company we used Corner Stone with Chris and Matt, up here in the High Desert. Would use both of these companies a hundred times over and then some. Love the way our place functions and looks. Great job to all who worked on our home.

My husband and I decided to have our kitchen cabinets redone by this company. We saw them at a home and garden show and were very impressed with the way everything sounded by the sales associate. Production and installation was awesome , especially when I saw the quality of the wood and how the stain was created to my satisfaction on-site. Fast forward to 2018. We noticed that the beautiful stain has been falling off of our cabinetry, especially the cabinets farther away from the sink. I called and spoke to Myrna not once, not twice but THREE TIMES on the phone trying to get some help from Mr. Javier who created and applied the stain. Myrna kept telling me that I needed Mr. Javier but he wasn't available. I was told to call back and he'd be in town. When I called again, Myrna said that Mr. Javier would be calling me to come out. Nothing has. NO PHONE CALL. NO FOLLOW UP!!! I am extremely upset by this company's lack of professionalism! BEWARE!!! I would have NEVER gone with Elegant Cabinets if I had known they would do this to us.

Elegant Cabinets of Covina installed custom cherry wood cabbinets in our kitchen. We were extremely happy with the final product. We talked to several companies at the Home Show and after talking to Ernie from Elegant Cabinets we decided to have him come out and give us an estimate. He came out and gave us a bid that was much lower than several other companies. We didn't hire them at the time because I was skeptical of the much lower price. However, after doing a little research and actually visiting their factory, we decided to hire them. Jose came out and did the final measurements, Recardo did a fantastic job installing them and Mr Castillo beautifully stained and finished them. The only thing that we weren't prepared for was the time and days to complete. Not their fault, it's just a huge undertaking. Just like any contract, ask questions, get all the details in writing and be proactive. Also, Myrna was great with all of the scheduling and communications. I definitely would recommend this company!

First of all, I will say that the end result was very nice and the price was much lower than the other estimates we got. That being said, if you use this company, be prepared to be your own quality control manager! We started this project because of a leak and mold damage under our kitchen sink. We had 2 full cabinets replaced and the rest refaced, with new tile backsplash and granite countertops. First, we were told by the General manager, Ernie, that what makes their company different is that they replace the full face frames when refacing the cabinets, instead of just putting the new wood over the top of the old. When Art came out to do the work, he wasn't going to replace the face frames! When the owner, Jose, came out at my insistence, he said -"We don't usually do it that way, but we will do it that way for you." WHAT?!?!? That was Ernie's main selling feature to us! And so it began. The tile guy, Dave, had his assistant install the tile while he worked on the appliances. I think it was so they could get out of there in a day instead of the 2-3 days we were told the work would take. I don't really have a problem with that- except the tile was all uneven! We had to insist it be redone. Dave said the could just take out the uneven tiles- which even I knew wasn't going to work, and most of it was uneven! So we had to buy more tile and they had to tear the entire thing out and start over, including the drywall!! The final result was fine, although Dave told us to seal it ourselves in a few days- really?!? He should have come back and finished the job properly. We also had to call him out to fix a leak under the sink!! That's right- a leak! Which is what started this whole mess!!!When we told Jose about all of the problem, all we got was a 'sorry' as he waited for his final check. We're just glad it's over and hope we never have to see them again. I will say that the granite guy did an amazing job. The couple who did the staining and sealing of the cabinets also did a great job and were very helpful in covering up some bad spots in the wood that Art left. Also, for you ladies out there, make sure you have a man ready to make the phone calls and handle any issues for you! They pretty much ignored anything I said unless my husband called them about it! So- if you use this company because of the low price- be prepared to keep an eye on things and have an exercise in patience!!!!
