Thank you to the Doctors and Nurses that took care of my husband when I brought him in and not just him but everyone. Ive noticed from the last time I was there you all have really stepped up as a team! My only concern is the nurses that are in training need a little more guidance on drawing blood if you cant get it the first time someone should step in. Security is on it and doing a great job. I encountered a very kind lady who was security. Seeing everyone work as a team was key in moving things quickly. God bless you!

"I'm giving Pomona Valley Medical Center Hospital a well-deserved 5 stars! I'm so impressed with the amazing work the patients are doing, and I'm also thrilled to see high school and college students volunteering and gaining valuable experience in the medical field. The hospital itself is top-notch, with a modern food court, comfortable rooms, and a thoughtful gift shop. Plus, I loved learning about the hospital's history - it's clear that this place has a rich legacy of care and compassion. From the staff to the facilities, everything about Pomona Valley Medical Center Hospital exceeded my expectations. Keep up the fantastic work, team!"

I was transferred to this hospital from Chino Valley Hospital due to a nasty post surgery complications, which most surgeons were hesitant to take me in since they did not do the initial surgery themselves. I was very well taken care of during my 5-day stay.
I was in constant excruciating pain due to the complication, and the nurses all tried their best to help me navigate through the situation and get more comfortable in their own ways. The nurse responding time may differ depending on time (it definitely slows down during shift change) but usually they were very quick.
Overall, I can feel the nursing staffs are very passionate about their job and care for the sick throughout the time I was there. The hospital also kept the room and environment clean. All these factors made my worst situation turned into a nice memory and an overall 5 star experience.
