This place was responsible and clean in the beginning. I read that it has been remodeled and changed. I literally woke up with PTSD from this place after hearing a tow truck. They used to allow residents cars to accidently be towed from their own parking spaces with their parking stickers on. For the first 3 years I would only hear about it, a few years later it happened to me over 4 times from my own space. Everytime it happened no one knew who called the company and the company says it had to be someone at the apartments who worked there. I had stickers on my car and everyone knew it. Since I had been living there so long and active people know that I was a real resident there. Each time to get the car out was $500+ plus time off work, plus stress and embarrassment asking relatives to help me. Other single moms were not so lucky and never got their car back..I would say they took over $2,000+ from this single mom here. I literally have anxiety when I hear a tow truck outside my window today, but I live in a house. I have to remind myself that it's ok now. This has caused me discomfort in other apartment complexes as well, where my car was never towed. Many single parents lost their cars here. This was wrong and sick. And the parking across the street will ticket and tow for late reg or for whatever reason. I sincerely worry for anyone who was there after me. I know it was continuing. I also had another unfair incident, even worse. But I decided after my anxiety to write on this today. I hope by now they've addressed these issues. The good thing I can say about this place is there are no bugs, it's clean, and the premices grass and greenery are taken care of often.

Love living here, newly remodeled inside and out and they put in a pool, new management and both the manager and asst manager are very friendly and professional, the people who live here tend to stay to themselves, theres no drama or crime in the year since I've been here and they keep the grounds clean.
