Very small pool, sauna appeared to be out of order, and no hot tub. But it was the last expensive option for the night. It's a place to stay when you want to sacrifice amenities for price.

The exterior looked okay. Good parking and the lot was well lit. Inside was very dated, decrepit and in need of renovations. Highway noise was loud inside the guestroom. The room was clean but in poor shape. Furnishings all need replacing.

Very rude and said you people destroy the rooms not wise to stay here over priced told me 89 $ then when I get here he said 260

Clean rooms, extremely nice and helpful staff, breakfast eas decent and reasonable prices. Not more you could ask for. Will be staying here again.

Thoughtfully enjoyed our stay at the AmericInn Council Bluffs. Nice, quiet, clean, & simple place to stay. Management is fantastic!
