      image I will leave ZERO star if I can. They charged me money after I already paid the hotel without telling me what's the charge for. After I tried to dispute with the credit card company, they came back trying to create stories of bedding damage. Sketchy employee and surroundings, SCAM!!

      We apologize for the inconvenience but when you arrived, you signed an agreement that you would be responsible for any damages. We do NOT erroneously charge guests and we do not charge guests without evidence. That evidence will be provided to your credit card company as requested.

      image We stayed here one night. Our first was was so Powerful of LYSOL. It was so so STRONG. So we were moved to another room which no smell. The rooms are very Outdated. I would pay more money to stay in a better hotel. Location good and breakfast ok.

      image We stay at BW exclusively. Some good some not so. This one is good except: dried toothpaste and hair in sink, long black hair in shower. Please clean the hot tub!! We wanted a hot soak not a mud bath. The room was clean, beds and pillows were good. Breakfast was great even gluten friendly. Location excellent. Somewhat expensive.

      image Rooms were clean, but very shabby. Carpet by the door was visibly peiced together. The desk clerks knew nothing about the city and seem to struggle with her tasks to check us in. The best employee on staff was the breakfast attendant. She was awesome, cheerful and friendly to all.
