Would give a big fat zero stars if I could this place is absolutely horrible. I took my fiancs ring in to get resized and the owners customer service is absolutely disgusting the way they talk to you. Right there I should have known to just go to a WAY better jewelry place which is Galinas across the street. Sherwood resized the ring ok it wasnt very good the white gold wasnt re plated well it was yellow he gouged the inside of the ring and scratched the outside as well. On top of that he chipped one of the diamonds on the band which Galinas replaced for us at no cost and replaced it for FREE to fix this horrible jewelry store mess up . Its a bit more expensive to get resized at Galinas but TRUST me.. just get anything done there. When we got it back from Galinas it was SO much better they fixed everything wrong with her ring and its pristine again. Avoid Sherwoods at all cost it was horrible. Attached is photos of all the scratches after we got it back from them.

Unbelievable. I needed to resize a ring. While waiting for the store to open, I took my two 5 lb Yorkies for a little walk. While passing this jewelry store, the two mini pincher looking dogs inside the store started to bark. With that a very angry white women in her 70d started screaming at the top of her lungs gor us to go the f-k away. She kept yelling for a good minute or so, with bulging blue eyes and spit landing on the window. Instead of getting her dogs away. I figure out that if this is how this business greets the customers, id rather resize my ring elsewhere.

I called to see if I could get a jewelry repair on a gold necklace and the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude. All I asked was if they did jewelry repair and she said OBVIOUSLY WE DO WE HAVE BEEN FOR THE PAST 38 YEARS! Her tone the whole time was rude. Horrible customer service. After the call I decided to take my business elsewhere where they actually know how to treat and talk to their customers.

Have done business here for years.
Came in to have a watch worked on wad greatly offended by all of the Trump items including a life size cardboard cutout of the man.
We are all entitled to our political ideas but a business serving the public is not the place.
I will no longer do business with this store and would encourage others to avoid them.

Sherwood did an amazing job on my engagement ring, I love it! They were kind enough to size my ring the same day I brought it in. Definitely recommend shopping here!!
