Brought my step mother in for a 12:50 appointment, it is now 1:55 what on earth takes so long. Last time I brought her in it was over 2 hours waiting. If they're understaffed than perhaps they shouldn't schedule so many on each day. While I was waiting in their uncomfortable chairs a man came in that needed help using the kiosk, the woman behind the counter seemed irritated that she had to do it, she was curt and even went so far as to ask him if he drove here why couldn't he see to do it himself, he explained that he could see with one eye. Honestly it's a vision service so what's the big deal in helping someone who can't see. I hope I never need their service.

Went for an 8:40 appointment a few weeks ago, there were 4 people waiting in front of me. I couldnt wait the hour and a half for the exam, and rescheduled. Went in this morning and waited 20 minutes for them to tell me that their system was down and that theyd have to call me to reschedule. Again. Cmon SW Eye. Stop over scheduling and take care of your patients.

I have gone to Southwestern Eye Center for several years. They are the nicest people whether you are there for a routine check-up or to see a specialist. The staff is friendly, the appointment wait time isn't usually too long. The doctors are wonderful and thorough. They do need more space for people to wait between procedures.

Dr. Kuntz has helped me with my low vision for several years. He is knowledgeable and attentive. He referred me to Dr. Felsted for surgery, and the results have been awe inspiring!! Dr. Felsted is very kind and highly skilled! My vision is 20/20 for the first time in my life!!!! No more anxiety about knocking my glasses off the nightstand!! No more ultra thick glasses! THANK YOU to everyone at Southwestern Eye for this life changing experience!!!
