Fidelity Home Warranty referred me to Eurocare for dishwasher and refrigerator issues. Max was sent to the residence. He took his time to find the issues. He was great in explanation and then repair. I would recommend Max at Eurocare.

Our experience with Eurocare Appliances (referred to us by First American Home Warranty) yesterday was terrific!! Mark was our technician and he was on time, professional, knowledgeable and experienced. He fixed the issue with our dishwasher in under 30 mins! Scheduling process was easy with First American and Eurocare Appliances followed thru perfectly! Our dishwasher is fixed and we are ready for holiday cooking and cleanup. Thank you Mark and Eurocare Appliances!!! Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service! Terrible service! Highly recommend using a different company for appliance services. Technican came out to repair our oven under our home appliance insurance after buying a new home. We have already had problems with the oven and turning off and on the power seemed to temporarily work. After I told the technician that we already turned off and on the power and the error keeps coming on he proceeded to do the same and then after error cleared he said it was fixed. Now the whole board is out the next day and won't turn back on. During the visit the tech got rude and things escalateed from there told him to leave and called the customer service of the company. Told them the same thing and when they called back they said great just wanted to confirm the other side of the story about both parties (keep in mind customer service was rude as well). Just use a different company that won't charge to turn off and on the power and actually find the root cause of the issue.

If we ever have a problem and use Euro-care we get the best of first American.
Fair, professional quick clean and knows what theyre doing.
