image We've had the Cloud 9 King size mattress for a little over a month now and we love it! It truly feels like you are sleeping on a cloud. The matress comes rolled up, in a convent box. This makes the mattress easy to get into a medium sized car and transport. It's also a pretty matress, it has a beautiful design pattern. The mattress we chose is firm but it feels like you melt into it and not in the uncomfortable sink in way, It forms to your body. Before ordering our Cloud 9 mattress we had a traditional spring mattress, we did like it, but most of the time I woke up tired. Since having our new mattress I have not had difficulty waking up or getting out of bed. I feel like I sleep better and wake up more refreshed for a week of work. I also fall asleep much quicker than before. The cost of the mattress is affordable compared to most high end foam mattress and is worth every penny. Although, getting this mattress is much less than you'd expect. Personally, I'd compare it to one of the tempurpedic matresses but far below their price point. Give the matress a try! The company has a sleep trial and if you don't enjoy the matress you can return it risk free.

image A little over a month now that we have had our mattress and the quality of sleep and the reduction of an achey back have disappeared. My kids who have hard time staying sleep so we got them 2 closed cell twin mattresses and they are now sleeping through the night and waking up refreshed and not cranky thank you cloud9 for improving our quality of sleep

image I ordered a mattress from them. The exact item was not available. This is where the problems started. I discovered I had used autofill for my address and it had really fubared my contact info in regards to my phone numbers, everything else was correct.
Cloud9 than proceeded to call my mother. Which in of itself is fine, (my mistake) but than proceeded to try and finish my order with her, not confirming my identity or that they even had permission to discuss my order with anyone but me, the card holder who placed the order. I am clearly a male, and my mother obviously is female. When the call was ultimately unproductive, after attempting to discuss weight and other personal details in regards to a mattress they finally called me.
We agreed on substitute order, and everything was good to go. Just kidding, I moved last February 2020 from Nevada to Illinois. I have not updated all my billing addresses on all my credit cards. Jesse Jones from Cloud9, sent my order to my billing address. A mistake entirely of there own making. A residence which I no longer have any dealings with.
I had to beg for a tracking number, instead of one just being provided automatically. Once I got it, I discovered the package had been delivered to a old address of mine. I notified them of this through email. Jesse Jones, then again proceeded to call my mother on her cell phone, even though he had my number at this point, and email address as a point of contact. He again attempted to resolve a issue with my order with someone that was not me.
Regardless, Jesse Jones, then attempted to extort me, (threatened to cancel the order and than eluding to the fact that I would not be refunded until they got their items) and proceeded to attempt to force me to work on behalf of Cloud9 to attempt to help to facilitate potential recovery of the incorrectly sent package. I have no dealings of any kind with my old residence, and I have no communication with any residents there. I explained this.
I proceeded to get repeat emails basically demanding action from me, to assist the recovery. Mind you, they ship UPs, instead of taking the issue up with UPS, as the signature line was just a slash and noone actually signed for their products.
Somehow a mistake by one of their employees, became exclusively my problem. I unknowingly became a employee for Cloud9, and guys I am still waiting for my first pay check... promptly send to my correct address if you would.
So in my adventure to place a order with Cloud9, I was low-key accused of stealing their products, I was harassed for assistance in regards to there incorrectly sent products, I was demanded to take action on their behalf to remedy a mistake I had no part in causing. I have never dealt with any company in my life, where the company will willing call people who have nothing to do with the order or my account, and just freely discuss another person's account and inquire about private information from other people.
Ultimately, I was not sent any items. Only when I disputed the charge with my credit card company, was I refunded. To this day, I am still confused how when I placed this order, the company sent it to the wrong address, why I have any duty to help the company attempt to recover that package. All I tried to do was purchase a mattress, instead my privacy was violated by this company, who was willing to discuss me, my order, and seek information about me with anyone they were able to speak with. I was accused of being dishonest, and lowkey threatened to be extort me in regards to my refund.
They may have great mattress, who knows, I never got mine. Jesse Jones needs to be fired and maybe there company will actually be able to qualify the statement that they have exceptionally customer service. This quite literally is the worst company I have ever attempted to work with in my life. I can not imagine all the problems, they created and demanded I fix for them.
