Awful experience from management. Marlena especially. She's known in the company for harassment, sub-par knowledge of Tenent rights, and no empathy. My apartment was unsafe for human habitation. My apartment was like a roller coaster it had so many elevations. Heater, outlets, exhaust fans all didn't work and would be marked as completed or deleted when sending in a maintenance request. They denied me after I was approved because of affiliation to a DV crime I witnessed!! I'm not even named in anything and they personally decided no. Even the people in the apartments (Draper Park) are being harassed for saying they knew anything about the DV crime and previous tenants. Stay away from Sterling Management and Draper Park Apartments. It may be a decent price but think about your quality of life.

This group is terrible. They don't care about people. The only thing they care about is profit. They will not work with anyone and put their agendas above all else. The owner is a thief. He kicked out a battered woman and her underage child and stole her trailer.
