      image The lady that was helping me today definitely was not the friendliest. I told her which phone i wanted to purchase and she didn't even tell me my total sheasked me for whatever card I wanted to use to pay and swiped it. When I tried to ask her a question she rudley interrupted me, and dismissed me as if she knew my question. Never going to this location again, unpleasant experience

      image If you have the pleasure of dealing with Amanda, I pity you. She is the rudest person there. Im allowed to pay the bill, log in to my account but cant EXCHANGE non-working equipment to working equipment from my own house because my name isnt listed next to my husband of almost 20 years?!
