The noise in these apts are insane. You can hear everything and its so loud. Rude inconsiderate neighbors everywhere. Cops here all the time. And people leave there large loud dogs barking on the porches all day long. Not to mention my packages go missing every other day out of the mail room. I wont even go into the rude landscaping company here and how they trash your cars blowing leave and dirt on them. And look at the trash situation on a regular basis. Roaches and palmetto bugs are a huge issue and flooding. Off leash dogs everywhere that poop all over the neighborhood and no one cleans it up. Rent jumps over 250 at renewals and unexpected fees pop up on my monthly rent every time. The apts are literally falling apart. (Over 30 years old) Trash all over the neighborhood and they hide bad reviews and delete them. This place is trash.

Roach infested gym, extreme lack of parking, careless maintenance staff, office is always closed, HVAC is not adequate in any season except fall. Every speed bump is a different size. And the cherry on top is the security camera they put at the dumpster because I guess they're mad they keep having to fix the overflowing compactor since they can't pay a proper trash removal company. 2300ish a month for a 3bed by the way, definitely a stellar deal.

If you want your car covered in leaves dirt grass and dust every single week when the lawn care People come this is the spot for you, every single week that I have lived here for two years my car gets drowned in leaves and debris and grass they purposefully blow leaves all over the entire car getting in the window seal cracks all over the roof and every inch of the car. The lawn care people are horrible and this is nowhere even close to the worst thing about living here.
