If I could give it no stars I would. We bought a large used RV from here, and it was probably the most disappointing experience I have had buying any vehicle from any type of dealership. The general manager promised to have a couple of issues with the RV fixed if we agreed to purchase the unit. Not only did they have a week to fix the minor issues and failed to do so, when we were called to come down for delivery we discovered they had not even gone through the unit yet. They had us wait an extended period of time while they attempted to go through it before the walk through. The gal doing the walk through was very nice, but she knew less about the unit then we did. I approached the general manager and explained the very long delay, and the repairs he had promised were still not done. At this point they made a half hearted effort to fix the issues with a very poor quality repair. We then realized the gal assigned to help us, and do the walkthrough, had disappeared. We approached the manager: of the repair department, or delivery department, or parts department, not sure which, to explain we were ready to finish up and go ahead and leave. However, she was extremely rude and abrupt with us, as if we were a complete inconvenience. So, we just hooked up the trailer ourselves, and left. As a consequence, we will never recommend Lazydays RV to anyone, nor will we bring any of our RV business to Lazydays RV under any circumstances. So disappointing. Their word cannot be relied upon, and their customer satisfaction is extremely lacking.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. We identified issues on our walkthrough in 2021 at the Woodland branch. Took many months to even get an appointment after many promises things would be fixed in a timely manner. Things were not fixed or they created new issues every time we brought it in. For example our awning did not work when we picked up our trailer. It was literally zip tied in place. Went an entire summer without an awning and finally after getting it fixed, driving it home and inspecting it (they did not provide a space to inspect it at pickup), the entire tube was dented and would not retract the fabric without creasing it.
We were fed up with them and moved our service to the Portland branch. We had a bathroom door that needed replacing due to initial shoddy workmanship. Had it replaced in Portland with the awning and low and behold the replacement that they rushed us out the door without even being able to properly inspect was delaminated on the lower part, likely during install or some other workmanship defect. The fact this wasnt caught by their employees should have been a clue to never use them again. The awning also has intermittent issues that we cant reliably reproduce. Nothing was done with that.
Fast forward after waiting for parts and having appointments canceled on us due to apparent staffing issues. We again brought it back to have our door replaced, almost 2 years now after the initial inspection where we documented the door as an issue, hopefully for the final time. This time the door was replaced fine but now after taking out the trailer (large gap in here due to having a child, trailer stored in a wide open field) we noticed the ladder is dented at the top as if it was backed into something. Now its obviously been a few months since this service appointment and Im sure theyll deny everything. Obviously didnt notice it on the walkthrough inspection after, but there isnt a single instance we can point to where the trailer was backed up between the service appointment and now, let alone EVER backed up in a way that could have caused damage such as this. This infuriates me to no end and will not be a cheap fix.
Avoid this place. Avoid them like the plague. They will leave your trailer more damaged than it came in. If you do not fully inspect every inch of your trailer, there is a high probability youll be on the hook for the damages they cause. This is the 3rd time across 2 service locations that this business has left our trailer in a worse state than it came in as. Do business with them at your own risk.

My husband and I purchased a new Rv from
Lazy days Rv of
Portland. What an exceptional experience. All of the staff are very professional, and knowledgeable. No high pressure sales. They not only have the best prices, location is great dont go anywhere else. Thank you, Dave Martin, Renee Dejong, Amber, David and Kevin. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Do not take your RV for repair to this location unless it's a last resort! We took ours in 2 weeks ago for a toilet replacement after waiting 6 weeks for the part to come in. They told us it was a 30 minute job and would be done the next day. We had just discovered some additional issues that needed diagnosing so we agreed to leave it 2 weeks so they could do that. Fast forward 2 weeks. We received no communication from them, typical, called Friday and not only had they not diagnosed our other issues, they hadn't even done the repair that we had an appointment 2 weeks earlier to do. We told them we had to have it back the next day as we're going on a trip. We picked it up today. They say the toilet is fixed; although it's not working any better than it was and some idiot put something on our brand new $1000 mattress and there's black grease all over it. Their "service" is unconscionable! Horrible! I'm absolutely furious!
