Dropped a laptop off for a simple screen fix, didn't receive my laptop back until 3 months later. Everyone in the office said they "lost" it and I had to keep calling back to figure out the status of if they found it or not. Finally, I got it back after 3 months of waiting, and he said that the missing back piece is somewhere else and he will mail it to me. 3 WEEKS LATER he sends me a voicemail that says he sent it. I call back 2 WEEKS LATER and someone said it was never sent and they need the address again. I would never put someone through what they put me through. Save time and frustration and go anywhere else.

Called in to ask the price on how much it would be to get the vents cleaned out on my laptop and they were extremely helpful with providing some advice to get the dust out before I spend money.
