Fed up with wells fargo. I booked an appointment to open an account at Irving MacArthur branch. I was 10 min because i missed an exit. They refused to help because i am late. Next time i booked an appointment at Coppel branch. I came 15 mins, i waited for 45 mins no one is helping here. I realized my mistake to open an account with wells fargo. Lets move a bank with customer service

Poor customer service. Total lack of regard for customers time. Waiting for 20mins with absolutely no other customer in the bank. The manager is busy in a meeting and cant step out of it to assist.

I had a great experience at this Wells Fargo all because of Martins superb customer service. Not only was he helpful, he was informative and able to tell me about special features on the Wells Fargo app! I was surprised seeing this location has less than 4 stars, however people who had negative experiences mustve been helped by someone other than Martin!

This place has gone down hill so bad. They can't keep employees at all. Which I would really like to form a bind with someone that is handling all of my money. It's hard to trust new people every other month.
