The owner does not return calls, Michelle has a big attitude. And use caution..if you don't have your name on your vm they will NOT leave messages and if you own or plan to own a home they will NOT work with you. And they REFUSE to give you a Zero Balance Statement when you make a patment...Shady Shady......

Why would someone who works there give it 5 stars just to try to up the Yelp rating? Western Mercantiles is not BBB Accredited and its rating is an F.

The lady I talked to was super nice and helped me out a lot. Remember its not their fault you owe debt. I understand it can be frustrating but just be nice and they will help you out a lot.
