I had a super traumatizing experience here with Dr. Jackson. For a routine Nexplanon removal I made sure to book time off work and bring a support person as recommended to me that last time I came in. They made my support system wait separately in the downstairs lobby nearly the entire time, I signed the consent forms before ever seeing or talking to the doctor. The original appointment was at 3:10 and the doctor finally came to see me at 4:20, at which point I had sent my support system home since not everyone has time to wait over an hour. They started sanitizing my arm before ever explaining to me the procedure or asking questions about my needs. I was bawling and hyperventilating the entire time, lost consciousness, and none of the nurses nor doctor seemed to know what to do. They finally sent me home at 4:50 with an ice water for what should have been a 15 minute procedure.

Not really pleased on the outcome on trying to get a ultrasound done won't give outpatient referrals for the hospital to which they partner with it just doesn't make my life better I asked for one thing and got nothing but we can't help you outcome out of everything I know if they can't help me it's time to which to another ob not a happy patient

MD Jackson and my nurse (I’m sorry I forgot her name) were amazing. The front staff could use some work
