I called Thornburgs Florist in Conover yesterday and ordered a $25 bouquet of purple and pink flowers for my 13year old granddaughter- I told him what I wanted written on the card - what she got was five flowers in a vase- they were red and yellow- not purple and pink and the card with them was blank. I've called them four times to call me back and make this right but haven't heard from them. They made sure they got my money but they sure aren't doing anything to correct their mistake. Feeling very angry right now. I live in Tennessee otherwise I would be going to see them in person.
