Highly recommend! I cant say enough good things about the service I received today on my dryer. Matt went above and beyond taking it apart and cleaning out all the lint and GSD hair that had clogged everything and fixing the vent issue! Will not hesitate to call again and/or recommend to friends

I don't enjoy providing negative reviews, and I don't take it lightly. I'm writing this after contacting the owner for redress in good faith. My wife and I have an old Kenmore Pro stove and called AAPSCO for service. For context, we live locally, and we were not asked for our model number though we had it beforehand. Technician came to our home and spent 15-30 minutes diagnosing our issue and telling us parts are no longer available for this model. Technician was unable to make any workaround repairs. Then charged us $130! Probably cost him all of 80 cents in fuel to drive to our home. I feel this is unreasonable given it was only to tell us he was unable to actually provide a fix. When I spoke with the owner after the fact, he was unwilling to offer any good faith discount or partial refund, citing his "business expenses" and "overhead". I'm pretty sure if I charged someone $130 to drive a few minutes down the road, to tell them in under 30 minutes that I was unable to fix something, they'd be unsatisfied. Sadly, I can NOT recommend AAPSCO services at this time.

Thanks to Matts expertise, I was able to get my Amana oven main control repaired in a timely manner, instead of having to replace the whole oven. I especially appreciated this, because my appliances are cream, and there were no replacement options in cream.

I highly recommend Matt and AAPSCO - very responsive, knowledgeable, honest and upfront. He quickly diagnosed what was going on with my freezer, provided options and saved me from unnecessary cost. Thank you!!
