My wife and I went in to Mattress Firm hoping to find a new bed. Bill Marquis greeted us and took the time to go over options. We narrowed down our search and were able to make a selection based on his guidance. Theres more to mattresses than one would think, and Bill was very knowledgeable. We would recommend!

The sales person was very knowledgeable and really helped steer us to the correct mattress. However, she kept pushing to sell an adjustable bed frame after I told her we werent interested.

Bill was understaffed but still did a great job . He never lost his composure even with 6-8 people in the store . Took his time explaining to each customer about all the things about there mattress purchase. Very happy with him a happy customer.

Colby was Knowledgeable, found our account quickly, didn't push the expensive beds on us. Gave us exactly what we needed.
