Avoid avoid avoid!!! The staff will say it will be 30 mins just to wait 29mins to start a new test that extends your time there for another 30mins. Most of the staff walking around have horrible attitudes. Just trying to get your information is a task and no one answers the CALL buttons. This hospital will literally waste your time. Im currently sitting in this emergency room/waiting room 4.5 hrs just to go in the back to sit for 3.5 more. WHAT A WASTE I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION!

I've been sitting in the waiting room since 10:30 pm, here it is 5:00 am & I am still sitting in the same spot. I DO NOT recommend coming to this facility

Took my grandma here for DKA. And the staff took such great care of her in the ICU. I felt very safe leaving her there alone.

I'm in the ICU and today the care was horrible the nurse and aid did not show me any empathy my bedside commode stayed full room did not get cleaned trash overflowing dinner tray still in my room. I'll be glad when my family comes to visit today. They will have alot to say about this. This is what my insurance is paying for. Horrible Now today is March 29 2024 I've been coming into atrium health due to my serious health conditions never had serious complaints about my care usually satisfied with the service. But I must say Atrium Cabarrus hospital is the worst care I've gotten thus far. Not happy at all about certain caregivers here. And the cleanliness here in the ICU horrible. This place can and should do better. I will not come to this hospital again.
