When I went there in November 2023 it had a terrible layout that was hard to navigate and was way too crowded. What was with the wall of hair next to the register? Worst hot topic Ive ever been inside.

Hot topic is always fun to go and see all the different fandoms. Especially the Disney as a huge Disney lover. I picked up a few mystery blind boxes on my most recent trip and instead of opening them alone Del and Park asked to see me open them. My intoverted self didnt want to but they both were so sweet and made the whole trip amazing. Thank you both. Del even made sure they corrected my info on my account as almost none of it was up to date as Ive moved and had the wrong name in the system. They are such a joy, Ill need to run by and pick up some more blind boxes to not only complete the set but also to bring some joy to both them, and to enjoy a trip out of my comfort zone.
