Caveat Emptor!

Caveat Emptor!!! Ordering process deceiving to say the least. I ordered flowers on-line and when I recieved the final confirmation, it became aware that the rebate they offered was only good on the NEXT order. Nothing till that point that I saw. I was able to cancel the order within minutes of placing it BUT at a cost of 30% of the total. If you read the terms & conditions close enough it does say 30%, BUT well into the site and cleverly muted. Very very poor way of doing business in my opinion. I will not recommend this company to my family/friends and or to anybody. No way no how!.

Extremely Unhappy with Customer Service

I placed an order online & realized I had made an error & wanted to cancel. I called the number, got a call center in some foreign country, was sent to a manager, because only they can cancel the order, then she takes my info, puts me on hold forever & then hangs up on me. I call back & the number just rings. I called back again & was sent back to a manager, but it went to voicemail. I called back again & got sent AGAIN to a manger & by this time I was really upset, then she starts asking why I want to cancel the order. Just cancel the order already! And then she can't even give me a cancellation number on top of that. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WOULD NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

Terrible Service - and False Advertising

I placed an order on the internet for next day delivery. The ordering process was deliberately confusing; offering $50 rebate but only to apply that at next order (after you agreed to processing). They emailed me to say they could not deliver the next day. I called them to inform them it was for a funeral, to which the operator said they will expedite. The next day, I got another email telling me they were again delayed, and I need to respond if I want them to deliver or cancel. I called again and was told that the delivery was in process. Three days later, no confirmed delivery. I called them and was told the delivery was cancelled. NO email, phone call, or explanation.

Buyer Beware of Hidden Charges!!!

NO STARS!!! EXTREMELY dismayed with order placed only to find my total went from $30. to $70. ... because of hidden charges... and the 'BIG' savings will be on your NEXT order. Like I'd ever order from them again! Next time I'll just go to my local florist and have them FTD it!

It Got Worse!

So besides being over-priced in the surprise final total of $68.85, AND even though I indicated I did NOT want to spend the extra $1.99 for some Tree Tribute program, my bank card was charged for that too. But the WORST part of it all was that when my sister's flowers were finally delivered sometime after 5p even though I placed my order before the florist even opened, AND it was an ordinary as in no holiday, no weekend, just an ordinary Tuesday: The flowers delivered were lilies and snapdragons, no pretty arrangement, you can find better in the grocery store! For $70.!!! SUCH a RIP-OFF company!!!

The five stars are ONLY for the way it was finally resolved when I sent a direct e-mail to admin@wesleys.com, I got an apology and a refund to be issued within the next 5-7 business days.

Horrible Service

I have tried for 4 hours to find out where my order is and they pass me around and then hang up on me Stil never received my order HORRIBLE

Do Not Order From These People!

They should not be in business. If they had an ascertainable address, I would have charges!
