I was approved for a black Dodge charger. I signed like 20 pages of paperwork believing that the car was mine. The next day they sold the car from under me to someone else. I was devastated. So disappointing.

Was looking at used trucks and found out that used are cheaper. So we talked to a sales person and after a few days we came to a deal. I am driving a 2021 RAM Warlock. We will deal again.

Back for scheduled service. Came in @330 for oil change and tire rotation. I was out in 60 minutes.

if I could give this group of people I dealt with a negative star; I would. The dealerships representatives (that I dealt with) not only totally in my opinion ripped me off, the dealership sent me somebody's sales invoice or personal information (not 100% sure what it was because as soon as I realized that the information was not mine I closed the PDF documents sent to my email immediately). I don't recall if I was the one that pointed out to this dealership that they sent me some else's information, I think so but have been so disappointed with not only this dealership I honestly don't recall). To this date, April 26, 2022, I've not been able to delete the information that this dealership sent to me (other parties information). Now, add the dealings that I had with them and I would never recommend them. The sales representative actually wanted to charge me a fifty dollar core fee for a part that I supplied. I never received the confirmation I asked them for (regarding providing notice to the party whose information the dealership sent to my email). Terrible to think, but I doubt that they even notified the party whose information they sent me (would hope so but wouldn't be surprised if they didn't)! If you deal with this establishment be aware that any information you give them could go to any customer and or with the way every thing links without express consent who knows!!
Dealerships representatives as well stated to me "they spoke to the tow truck driver and the tow truck driver said that I messed with my truck."
Talking about a a party without them present to even representative themselves!! I immediately let the dealership representatives know that
I was with the tow truck driver the day the truck was dropped off and left with the tow truck driver on the day that my truck was left for repair.
ALSO NEVER LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE WITHOUT TAKING PICTURES BECAUSE YOU MAY RECEIVE YOUR CAR OR TRUCK (AS IN MY CASE) WITH MORE BROKEN ITEMS AND NO WAY TO PROVE IT BC (LIKE I SAID IN MY EXPERIENCE) I thought being a dealership they would be honest. In my dealings no honesty and 1000.00 dollars!!
I as well just looked again for the information regarding the correspondence, I received with somebody else's information (it had a lot of information financial stuff etc)!!
I normally don't post things but when establishments send other people's financials to people, talk about something someone said without the party present, and as well try to charge me for my own part; I decided that this might be the best way to handle this kind of situation.
The Establishment might be great for other people. but in my dealings with them I found them to be completely unprofessional and I know you can add pictures if I could add the voicemail that they left me I think people would say wow!!

Outstanding customer service. My Jeep broke down and we managed to get it to Auto Gallery. We were traveling from out of state with our dogs. We did not have an appointment but they worked us in. They located the problem, it turned out to be a broke plastic piece on the engine coolant system. Not too long after & we were on our way home. A big thank you to Eric Matte the Service Advisor for taking care of us!

I have bought my last few cars from the same place even before they were Auto Gallery. They are very friendly and always do a great job. I trust them completely. My only problem I find is that I can't find any coupons for discounts, but I'll continue to use Auto Gallery in Commerce...Great Place.
