My grumpy dog will only let his vet and the techs here trim his nails. They are always friendly and welcoming and make us feel like family, on top of being efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. I've lived in several different parts of Columbus but will always make the drive to have my fluffbutt receive the love and care that they provide.

Very bad experience and very slow response. Had keep calling to get any update. Very unreliable and expensive service!

Where to start - there are so many good things to say about Dr. Teders and Northarlington Animal Clinic. Weve been going for a couple years now after a friend recommended her. We joke that we cant move out of Columbus because we dont want to leave this place! We have had a lot of pets (aka family members) come through their doors and each one is treated with such impeccable care. We have a large dog who is a rescue and he HATES the vet, absolutely terrified. The entire that staff that has worked with him has never acted annoyed (believe me, hes a lot and they handle it with grace) and do their best to make sure hes as comfortable as possible. You can tell they all care deeply about your pets and want whats best for them. Im never worried about leaving my babies there because I know theyre in good hands! Shes always been honest with us about their care and never once have we felt they were price gouging. What ever they charge is worth it because theyre the best! We recently had to say goodbye to our other sweet senior dog and again, they were so kind and empathetic, giving us as much time as we needed even though it was a busy Saturday and they have a small number of exam rooms. That being said, Ive rarely had to wait to be put in a room, but if you do, be patient, you have no idea what is going on in those rooms. Theyre trying their best to accommodate everyone. I brag on Dr. Teders because we see her most frequently but every vet, tech, and staff member there is wonderful and extremely knowledgeable! Bonus - they have the cutest resident pets!
