Came during posted business hours. Flashing sign says open, but the door is locked. Called, got no answer. Wasted my time.

I haven't actually visited this place... I tried but no one was there. The owner apparently is retired and I suppose running the shop as a hobby and to pass time so I would recommend calling ahead and making an appointment aside from that the fellow seemed very polite and knowledgeable on the phone.

Called & spoke with the owner Steve Lorentz regarding our fathers stamp collection for an appraisal. Made an appointment to meet him as he said he is semi retired & keeps limited hours these days. He looked thru the collection & made us a fair offer which we accepted. He has an eclectic mix of lots of collectibles in his shop for sale. I may bring him some comic books & teen magazines to look through & maybe purchase.
