      image I love units.The thought of all the racist innuendos and straight name calling had my to take a break from hvacr. The culture was terrible,there was a saying"blame the black guy" for the butt of a joke. You would have thought it was joking until "I", got someone else's blame. I loved my job but quite a few employees were absolutely terrible.
