Manager checked me out. rang up for a candle that he Never put it in my bag. Once I got home and realized it wasnt there. I contacted the store manager, he assured me that he would refund the amount. three weeks later still no refund. I contacted him back and again he assured me he would follow up. Now, over eight weeks since purchase, and still no refund. Thieves, watch out at ringing out.

Lots of empty shelves and employees in a rush to get customers out of the store.

The selection is sparse. It looks like they are about to go out of business. The shelves are bare, and the staff is rare. I saw 2 people while I was there. There was 1 person on registers at the front, and one cutting fabric. The organization made little sense, and I never found the gold-leaf that I came in for. I went home and checked Amazon, and the same stuff was less than 1/4th the price. If they're not going out of business yet, they will be soon.

Even while this JOANN store might be shorthanded at times, the staff have always been helpful and friendly, and assisted my family with identifying what we needed for our child's art projects, which is greatly appreciated! :)

Corporate should just close this store. Place looks like a bomb went off inside. Staff very short handed (not their fault). I placed an online order. No one available to get it ready. I went to find it myself. Inventory was wrong and out of stock. No way to cancel order online, waited in a 15 minute line for an employee to cancel it. People were nice. But awful experience. Won't be back. Suggest you don't waste your time.
