This new crisp site is the worst ive been trying to pay my 2021 taxes for over a year and i keep running into problems. After sending them like 3 times and then doing in through crisp and calling over a hundred times.

Efiled two months ago still not rebate as I did not work in the city. Slow service with no explanation of what is taking so long.

Calling a few times to seek assistance as a first-time filer made me feel like the biggest inconvenience to the staff at this income tax division... Very unprofessional to speak with taxpayers with nothing but a rude tone and short, mostly unhelpful answers.

I sent in my taxes; they never notified me that they were done; then sent me a bill for penalty payment; then no one will answer the phone. Just hangs up on me. Feel like this is a scam to get more money.

I walked in and had no idea where to go with my son. And then Karen came up to me and let me know she would help me and walked with me instead of just telling me where to go. She was very nice and I greatly appreciate her and her time great experience!
