Edit: things were resolved quite quickly and they were extremely friendly.
Every time I make a purchase my account gets locked and I have to constantly contact thier fraud department to regain access to my account.

I would give a negative rating if there was such a thing, the lowest is one star so thats what I gave Ill explain if I want to make a payment for a credit card on the phone, I have to give my Social Security number. I have to give my blood type and 1 million other questions just to make a payment! Absolutely ridiculous No other bank or financial institution I have ever used and I have had about 15 different banks Ive used in my lifetime have gone through all this rigmarole just to make a freaking payment This is ridiculous. Even when you drive up there they ask 1 million questions just to make a payment I would understand if you were taking money out of the bank or credit union but giving them money? The place is a joke. Also, when you go in there, it takes too long to accomplish anything in my opinion its the most poorly run and managed financial institution Ive ever seen!.. my next payment will be to close out my credit card, and all my accounts with this Credit union!
