Horrible customer service they don't want to help you when you come in and have legitimate question as to charges on your bill they get this attitude And you can forget about getting an extension on your bill not even 24 hours nothing they will not work with you and they don't care one bit. I've never had a worse experience with a place that works for us that I pay and theor electrical services are way too high one guy living alone should not have a $356 dollar bill one month then thenext month $165 I believe they don't get accurate readings and average your bill for their gain. Ice been charged twice for reconnection fee's when my power has never been disconnected and they can't tell Mr when it was ordered to be reconnected either but I have to pay those fees it's ridiculous

Whoever CL&WD contracted to trim the trees in my yard away from the power lines did a great job! They offered to either trim or remove the trees and they cleaned up the trimmings very thoroughly! Hopefully the power stops going out after all the trimming!
