The young lady that assisted me today 1/18/20 around 5pm was awesome! My phone randomly stopped working and I came into the store for help. She tried to fix it but unfortunately it was done for. She got me a phone that was an upgrade from what I had and at a good price. They were out of stock of screen protectors and called another store to have them hold one for me. Ive had bad experiences at this location before but this employee is great at her job and I felt like a valued customer. Completely stress free experience.

My sons i phone isnt that old was assured it was under warranty at 2 different locations our home store which is unaffiliated with the other 2 branches wouldn't do the warranty after it was inspected and approved @ the other locations and she opened 45 minutes late!!! 7 year customer and have switched!!! Thanks for your service metro been fun but have moved on thank macon rd personally for me as ill not be back!!!

Don't go to this location. Wasted my time. Went in to see if my camera could be fixed was told to come back when manager was there. Called to ask if the manager was in and the same rep said bring it in and I'll see if I can do it. Why wasn't it done the day I came in??? Going to another location...

Went in there to activate a new line. While we were there for almost an hour my 3yr old needed to use the restroom. The woman said her bathroom did not work that i needed to cross the street to use a bathroom. 2 people walked in after that and asked to use the restroom and they were ALLOWED to use it. The same woman setting up our phone wanted us to leave the store without the phone even working. She said all of Metro was down and it would come back up in 20mins. After the lie she had already told about the bathroom i was not leaving that store. Finally service came back on right before she was about to give me a refund.
