      image Everything went smoothly from reserving the SUV to returning it. I had left my license in the SUV and I called the morning that the rental was due back and I talked to Jarrod and informed him that I left my license and he held them until my aunt picked them up for me. The staff was great and I would rent from them again.

      image I had no issues with the car itself but trying to get someone on the phone at this location is another story. Our personal car broke down on our trip heading to Nashville so had to get it towed to dealership and rent a car to complete our trip. Called enterprise first the recording said they were booked. Tried to go to the website to double check and was able to get one. On our way back we passed the enterprise location to go pick our car up from the dealership and the roads were closed for mule days so we had to go around the world to get to dealership so I called enterprise to see if they could pick car up at dealership since so many roads were closed but after 20 min on hold then being disconnected we decided to just try to take it back. When arrived there was no customer and 2 people at the desk. I asked why they didnt answer and they said they been busy even tho I drove by 30 min earlier and didnt see many people at that time either. I could not even find a national call center to call. Replied to the text message I was sent confirming and still nothing.
