Im so disappointed with this bank. I been with this bank for 3 years and I been through so much red tape with this bank that Im actually considering taking my business elsewhere

Suddenly they put a hold on my acct. i called cust service and was advice to contact local bank. The next day i cant open my acct and when i contacted the local bank, they said it was the back office who did that. Worst service ever.
