Looking for somewhere to take a break and grab a bite that wasn't in a shopping center-type setting, away from the clusters of stores. After seeing a bit of the countryside in Hope, I checked G maps and found this place. Nice location on the Jersey side of the Delaware, right along the river. Pizza seems to be their most popular choice, I appreciated being able to see the cook hand tossing the dough. Clean, ample space. Pretty extensive menu, although some items were out, no problem. I got wings with 2 sauces to sample, and coconut shrimp. All cooked perfectly, large wings! Mild was good, not too spicy, sweet chili sauce tasty too...gal waiting tables was doing a great job, bubbly personality...I'm not a fan of seeing anything politically related at establishments, not good for business. But I stopped because of the food and location. I guess some of the bar patrons could tell I was an outsider due to the death stare I was getting from one woman...mind your beer... take those little plastic miniblinds out of your windows. They're the worst! Let some light in and show off the awesome woodwork inside... and for those of you coming across the river for a visit, be aware that there is no toll TO Jersey, but you pay to get back to Pa. I'm unaware of all prices, but it's 3 bucks just for a motorcycle... anyway EAT LOCAL!
