I just moved in there and enjoy it so far! Our unit has some older appliances and features, but it really gives it character! The complex is clean and feels very cozy. Access to the Hinkson trail is a very nice plus, a nice place to escape for a second. Also I love our second floor balcony!

My partner and I have lived at Stadium Apartments for a full year now and we love it! Weve had a few issues, leaking sink, finicky garbage disposal, but everything was fixed within hours of submitting a maintenance request. The online portal makes paying rent and submitting maintenance requests super simple. Any questions we had were answered promptly and any issues were resolved within a business day whenever possible. The property managers in the past few months have redone all the plumbing in the complex, repaved the parking lots, replaced the toilets, and built all new balconies on my building. Stadium Apartments really cares about their residents and keeping the property up to date. We just renewed our lease for a second year and the rent only increased by 20 dollars, which doesnt even track with inflation. My partner and I are very satisfied. Its a fairly quiet complex, and we couldnt have picked a better place to start our family.
