Love this gym!
Has a very helpful staff and is clean clean clean. There's lots of up to date equipment and talk about weightlifting-this is the place for it! Powerlifting and oly lifting is happening right here! All ages work out there too, including a group of OWOW lifters. It's older women on weights with men also called OMOW lifters coached by mighty and dynamic Tom La Fontaine.
This is a must visit gym and I highly recommend it!
