image No real perks at this hotel, you pay for everything. I was surprised when I was told theres no complimentary breakfast when I checked in. Most hotels that I have stayed at have this
They do have a sports bar where you can buy food and meeting rooms for business meetings. It is also close to shopping mall...
The hallways are long and painted brown... It took a very long time move luggage from my car to my room. Even with a luggage cart.

image Our room is not one of the newer rooms. Its old and dated but were paying as much for it. There are a lot of youth groups staying here and for some reason we were put right next to them. They were very loud most of the night. You can hear everything because the walls are paper thin. The staff has been very friendly but its obvious that management is not very good. The restaurant/bar just up and closed at 9 pm on a Friday night in a college town. The lobby is very spacious but the furniture is shabby and the decor is dated.
Rooms: Ask for an updated room
Food & drinks: Restaurant/bar closes whenever they feel like it

image Great customer service. Our representative was newer but her colleagues were there and ready to assist. Very clean and welcoming environment. We got two rooms, both with 2 queen beds. Both rooms were very clean and adequately stocked with the necessary needed items.
One complaint, the water from the shower leaked all over the floor (even after I tried diligently to ensure that wouldn't happen). The shower curtains just aren't the best quality but look nice.
My second complaint would be how noisy my neighbor was on arrival at 11 p.m. at night. She woke me out of a deep sleep with their loud banging and voices. (***Edit-- we do not in any way blame this on the hotel or the staff-- we can't predict how unthoughtful some guests may be***)
Otherwise, a great location right near the mall. The restaurant was a little slow for dinner, but our waitress was beyond fantastic. For the breakfast buffet, we weren't too pleased and wouldn't get it next time but we saw many people really enjoying all it had to offer.
